Xelate is a sincere and humble attempt at helping employers get the rightly trained and skilled candidate. We make job seekers not just employable, rather we convert them into Ready-to-Contribute ninjas by an intensive, relevant and hands-on training program.
Xelate journey was started in the middle of 2017, when the founders of the company, working as senior managers quit their lucrative jobs to start their own venture to address the hiring managers’ pain point i.e. Degree without skills. It is a fact that when it comes to working on real projects, people need much more than the mere knowledge of the concepts.
Start-ups that are not well funded, are the most impacted ones. Due to the limited budget and resources, it becomes very challenging for them to hire and retain a talent. And since they can’t afford the polished individuals from the premier colleges and universities, they have to compromise with whatever pool of engineers is available in the market.
ACHIEVEMENTS
With a focus on holistic skill development that includes technical skills, soft skills as well as project work under the expert mentorship from the industry professionals, we are able to create the success stories of hundreds of job seekers, wherein they were hired by the companies of all sizes; start-ups to MNCs.
And, if you are just wondering what’s the big deal; dozens of them, who are placed, have been having a career gap of more than a decade. The story does not end here. For many of them, it had been their first job after graduation.
We are also thankful to our hiring partners for believing in us, our vision and to support us by dropping some of the most prominent job criteria viz. recent year pass-out and throughout 60% for entry level hiring. It is this trust, and support, due to which we were able to provide them the outstanding and polished workforce.
