Who can enroll for Xelate courses?

The courses at Xelate are explicitly designed for:

Freshers (with any Engineering/BCA/MCA/BSc-CS,IT/MSc-CS,IT degree)
Non-IT working professionals (Looking to switch to Core IT)

What are the durations of these courses?

Both the courses are of about 4 months duration.

Shall I get any course completion certificate?

Yes, you will get the Certificate upon successful completion of the course.

Shall I get the opportunity to work on real Project?

Any training without the practical is of no use. That’s why all courses at Xelate include extensive project work. Within few weeks of training, our students are deployed on live project as interns and subsequently the training continues along with project.

How do I enrol for the courses?

The admission at Xelate is a 3-step process:

Fill the application form on or before the last date (The last dates for respective batches are posted on the website).
Attend the initial screening session (F2F or Telephonic). Xelate team will get in touch with you to share the complete details.
Once shortlisted, pay the initial fee (1st component) within 1 week’s time to confirm the admission.

What’s the selection criteria?

Nothing, other than the passion to learn. In fact, the initial screening is more of a Counselling Session. Wherein we try to understand your interest, background and the existing skills you may have and then accordingly we recommend you the right course.

What is the minimum qualification needed for this course?

No minimum qualification required for these courses. But yes, most of the companies prefer to hire graduates i.e. people with at least a Bachelor Degree.

Is there anything I need to learn or complete before starting the course?

Yes, once your admission is confirmed, you get the pre-course material. You are recommended to complete that before starting of the course. It helps you prepare for the training.

Does Xelate provide any placement assistance?

Yes, we help you get placement by connecting you with various companies.

What all does the placement assistance include?

Everything that requires you to get placed; from professional resume writing to personality development and practice interview sessions for confidence build up. All such services are at par with the services by any of the professional service providers.

What type of companies hire through Xelate; Start-ups or MNCs?

Both startups as well as MNCs and of all sizes.

Where are the placement drives conducted; at Xelate or company premises?

It depends on the requirements as well as on companies. Sometimes, its Xelate premises and other times its companies’. But how does it matter as such?

I am having a career / education gap, can I get the IT job?

Yes, there are many companies, which only look for the talent and skills. If you possess them, they won’t mind considering you for the selection process.

Does Xelate provide some experience certificate to fill the career / education gap?

Xelate never provides any fake experience nor does it recommend any job seekers to go for it. Not only unethical, but showing fake experience is Illegal also and a punishable offence.

Relax; why to do so when the companies are open to hire you based on your talent and skills. So, just focus on them.

My percentage score is not through-out 60% or above, shall I be considered by the companies for interviews?

A consistent good percentage or CGPA score is one of the criteria by many companies to shortlist freshers for the recruitment process. It is mainly to reduce the count of candidates and to ensure that only the freshers with good academics appear for the written exam.

But we believe that a low grade or a gap in education does not always mean the person is incapable or incompetent. The grade, pass-out year and continuity in career are certainly some factors to be looked upon but they should not become the only parameters for judging any individual’s capability and talent. Fortunately like us, there are many companies, which have the same beliefs and hence they never look at your percentage score or pass-out year.

I am from a non-IT background/degree, will that impact my placement?

Not really, if you can learn and showcase your talent and skills.

Is job assured through Xelate? Does Xelate provide a 100% job guarantee?

If you are sincere and dedicated towards our training, Yes - you will get a job.

Since we really understand the gap and the pain points of companies, all our training programs are designed to fill that gap. As a result, companies automatically approach us for hiring our students. Being a student of Xelate, you will always have the advantage and will be given the preference.

We do not give a 100% guarantee for a job, because a major part is played by the candidate and his/her talent & performance also. However, we promise to provide the right skills and placement support as long as you want or are placed.
